Privacy notice

The short version

This site does not set tracking cookies, does not run third-party analytics, and does not build advertising profiles. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to type into the discovery form, and we use it to reply to you.

What we collect

• Discovery form: your name, role, company, work email, phone if given, market, industry, revenue band, a description of your business, the number you want to trust, the systems you run, customer names you provide, any notes, and calculator inputs if you chose to include them.
• Email: anything you send to hello@radexus.com.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and capacity purposes, retained for no longer than ninety days.

Why we use it

• To respond to your request and prepare for a first meeting, including running a public-record play on the customer names you supply.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
• To meet legal obligations.

The lawful basis is your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties except our email and hosting providers, who process it on our instructions.

Client data in engagements

This notice covers the website. In an engagement, the system we build runs inside your own environment and we act as a processor under the terms of the signed agreement. Your cases, patterns and numbers stay in your tenancy, are never pooled with another client's, and are never used to train any model.

Customer names you give us

The four customer names are company names. We use them only to run a lookalike sourcing play from public sources for your first meeting. We do not contact those companies and we do not retain the results if the engagement does not proceed.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and correspondence are kept for up to twenty-four months from our last contact with you, then deleted, unless an engagement agreement requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, by writing to hello@radexus.com. We reply within thirty days. Residents of India have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Residents of California have rights under the CCPA. Residents of the EEA and UK have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

Where it is processed

We operate from India and the United States. Information you submit may be processed in either. Where required, we rely on standard contractual safeguards for transfers.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies. Fonts are served from this domain, so loading a page makes no request to any third party.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under eighteen.
